When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
