Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She became a Performer soon after.

History: Lidda was born with her father's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lidda grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lidda. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
