To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bernard. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
