Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Halander does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Halander was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Mehen liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Liftrasa's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
