Description: He usually wears his violet robe and has his monstrous two handed axe always slung over his shoulder, and he perpetually has his monstrous two handed axe ready. He wears a colorful flower in his silver hair. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and balancing his hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shepherd and was forced into it by her family; and she is wracked by social anxiety

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Skirt will drive conversation. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
