History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Harriet was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Carter. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Heian took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is fixated on the number 100. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
