Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His blue hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Bookbinder profession.

History: Bathin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bathin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Drifting grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: She has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her red robe. She carries with her a set of morningstars, each one with a topaz on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She sports white long hair. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. A true patriot, Enidda would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Enidda was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Enidda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Baker and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
