Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His head has been shaved. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Scribe. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Godfrey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Falkrunn was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and many goblins want her driven away

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears baggy black pantaloons and a red scarf. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is brown and curly. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Nazû abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. After a long history of fighting, Nazû and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He wears a grey costume with the symbols of death on his torso. He is portly but not overly obese. He has shaved his head bald. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to work out more often

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to open a new tavern
