She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has worked as a Cartwright like her father before her.

History: Gifted from a young age, Myathethil studied abroad. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Myathethil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now mingles about in high society.
