History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
