Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. Her Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dwarven people; and dwarven compassion

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her orange fur is still thick. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has a very tight haircut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His childhood dream was to be a Courier, but he was a colossal failure. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: 3'2" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears skinny pants and wears a red and brown robe with the hood down. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Bhevek is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Miller, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
