Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Through the years after Birel was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Birel's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: The child of a Crown-heir, who enjoyed hunting, Jade was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Apothecary business.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Apothecary, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Apothecary and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
