History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Spice Merchant, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Eldeth was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Eldeth's homeland. Eldeth decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
