He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Adventurer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

This search led her directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Blacksmith job and began her own company from there.
