He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Adrie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. She has worked as a Bowyer like her father before her.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
