History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Decarabia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Decarabia. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
