History: Agatha hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the west were limited. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and wants to open a new tavern
