History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Thomas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Arava was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Miner. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'3" when asserting himself. His hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in the west. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and many giants want him driven away
