History: Born in the east to a Mercenary, Therai learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Mercenary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Shepherd.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She struck the Fortune-teller job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Egelina lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform After a long history of fighting, Egelina and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
