Personality: Oskar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in the west. Through the years after Oskar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Personality: Varis is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Varis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
