History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by goblins. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: She got into the Miner business at a young age. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
