Description: This woman stands a little under 2'8" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. She has brown eyes.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a Barber, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: He is lean but muscular and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and wants to raise his children well

Description: The light-skinned man stands 2'11" and wears dull white sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sword, just in case. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A gifted student he started as a Mayor, but he got bored and became a Shoemaker. He became a Shoemaker soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor
