History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with blue lining and desert motifs, marred by beers. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Raer was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Urshar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Urshar lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Urshar abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
