Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Seebo abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
