Through the years after Maagog was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Maagog's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Maagog and his spouse have recently divorced.

She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, her father struggled to pay the bills. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Maegan took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up scythe and armor she uses now. She bought a scythe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and many goblins want her driven away

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Peren lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
