History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Modean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Modean and his spouse have recently divorced.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is wearing a long, brown cloak. She is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around her ears. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Susannah hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Susannah grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Marshal.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she desires power and/or immortality

Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
