History: Eleanor was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ruler for the past few years.

He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Saphara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Alvyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Alvyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to work out more often
