Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is physically well-built. He wears a colorful flower in his scarlet crest. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work.
