History: Phelaia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents enrolled her in a Adept school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. She has never given up on her painting dream.
