She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Leucis has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
