History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Halander was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Halander's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gifted student she started as a Body Guard, but she got bored and became a Courier. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A gifted student she started as a Navigator, but she got bored and became a Animal Trainer. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
