History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pelaios was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
