Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She is renowned for her bright blue dresses and hats, marred by teas. Her long golden hair reaches down to her waist. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Breena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Breena. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
