Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Burgell was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ploughman for the past few years.
