History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reirak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ahvain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
