History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: Birel speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student she started as a Carpenter, but she got bored and became a Spice Merchant. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Unvera alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the north
