Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fragrant does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Fragrant hails from a village terrorized by giants. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
