History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Shifting is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Born to a Cook, her father struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Emerald's homeland. Emerald decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has achieved small success as a Engraver.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
