History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a fancy brown suit. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Percival is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions.
