History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering her clean studded leather, and is pretty ugly. Her tied-back hair is silver. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Chaedi is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Chaedi was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Laborer. After a long history of fighting, Chaedi and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born in the west. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has slicked back black hair. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zagga fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
