Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She married young, but lost her spouse to dire rats. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Robbie was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting giants, the young Patrick began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and many giants want him driven away
