Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Xappan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She is dressed in earthy colors with a white and brown handkerchief worn on her right side. She has a very tight haircut. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Myria grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Myria. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Wobbles enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Wobbles was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Courier and was forced into it by his family; and revenge

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears a worn and beaten armor. She keeps her brown hair in a pixie cut. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Sage arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her first spouse was a Marshal, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
