History: Jak was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. After a long history of fighting, Jak and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Leucis was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

History: Vonbin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
