History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Joan's homeland. Joan decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Healer, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was born in the north. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
