Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Portia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her first spouse was a Marshal, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
