History: Lavinia was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Halfling Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Adrik was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Dreali was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants revenge against orcs
