History: Cecily was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She became a Bounty Hunter soon after.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Nora never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
