History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Randal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Randal. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
