Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the east to a Performer, Heather learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
