Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a tight fitting blue shirt and pants. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a red armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. Her hair is short and red. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Nedda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is an amazing painter.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Description: He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his blue robe. He carries with him a set of longbows on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His hair is white and very short. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 76. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Roland lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker grey hat.
Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
